3. Why we use information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule appointments
- To assess service scope and eligibility for our advisory services
- To deliver consultations, audits, application support, education guidance and interview preparation
- To verify information and maintain a coherent case record
- To process payments, invoices and business administration
- To provide service updates and follow-up communication
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with lawful obligations
- To improve website performance and client experience
- To send marketing communication only where permitted and with an opt-out option
4. Sensitive information and document handling
Visa and education files may contain highly sensitive personal and financial information. Do not send unnecessary full documents through public comments or unapproved channels. We will communicate the approved method for document submission when a service begins.
Access should be limited to authorised team members, contractors or professional advisors who require the information for the agreed service and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
5. How information may be shared
We may share relevant information with:
- Team members and authorised service providers supporting the engagement
- Qualified immigration legal professionals when you request or consent to referral
- Educational institutions, application platforms, lenders or other third parties when required for a service and authorised by you
- Payment processors, communication providers, cloud storage, scheduling, analytics or information-technology vendors
- Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is lawfully required
We do not sell personal information. We do not publish your visa sticker, testimonial or case story without permission.
6. WhatsApp, email and external platforms
The website enquiry forms may open WhatsApp with a prefilled message. WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and other external services operate under their own privacy policies and security practices. Avoid sending sensitive documents until the team confirms the appropriate channel.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses essential browser storage to remember privacy and navigation preferences. If you accept the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics (a service provided by Google) to understand how visitors use the website — for example, which pages are viewed and whether a visitor clicked WhatsApp, called the office, opened the booking dialog, or completed the case-readiness check. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Google Analytics is not activated until you accept the cookie notice, and declining still gives you full access to the website.
We do not send your name, phone number, email address, passport or DS-160 details, or anything you type into a form to Google Analytics or any advertising platform. Analytics data is used only to improve the website and is not used to identify individual visitors.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, active services, follow-up, financial records, dispute management, security and lawful obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so clients should also protect passwords, devices and document links.
10. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of marketing consent or information about how your data is used. Contact embassyofedu@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children and student information
Where a student is a minor, a parent or lawful guardian should be involved in the engagement and consent process. We do not intentionally collect unnecessary information from children.
12. Case studies, testimonials and images
Publication requires separate, informed consent. We will redact sensitive identifiers and explain the intended channel. You may decline marketing use without affecting the underlying service.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect service, technology, vendor or legal changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the website or direct notice where appropriate.
