Terms of Service

These terms describe the proposed contractual framework for website use, consultations and paid advisory services provided by Embassy of Education.

Pre-launch legal review required: The final terms must match the registered business entity, invoicing, tax, payment, refund, document-storage, professional-referral and dispute practices actually used by Embassy of Education.

1. Acceptance

By using the website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the applicable terms, privacy policy, refund policy and written service confirmation. If a signed engagement letter or invoice contains different terms, the written engagement terms govern that service.

2. Independent advisory status

Embassy of Education is a private visa advisory and education consultancy. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, government department or visa-decision authority. We cannot influence appointment availability, processing time or the decision of any government, university, lender or third party.

3. Nature of services

Services may include case mapping, refusal diagnostic review, DS-160 preparation support, document organisation, B1/B2 or F-1 strategy, interview readiness, U.S. education guidance, application coordination and related consultancy described in the written scope.

Information on the website is general and does not create a professional engagement until the service scope, fee and acceptance are confirmed.

4. No guarantee

Visa, admission, scholarship, loan, appointment and other decisions are made independently by the relevant authorities or institutions. Past outcomes, testimonials or case studies do not guarantee a similar result. Fees are for professional time and agreed work, not for a promised outcome.

5. Legal advice and referrals

Embassy of Education does not provide legal representation unless a separately identified and appropriately authorised legal professional is engaged under separate terms. Matters involving possible misrepresentation, fraud, criminal history, unlawful presence, removal, inadmissibility, waivers or complex immigration status may require independent legal advice.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete, truthful and timely information
  • Disclose previous applications, refusals, immigration history and material facts
  • Provide genuine documents only
  • Review and approve forms before submission
  • Follow official government or institutional instructions
  • Inform us promptly of any material change
  • Attend appointments and meet agreed deadlines
  • Protect confidential links, passwords and documents

We may suspend or terminate work if information appears false, incomplete, misleading, unlawful or materially inconsistent.

7. Fees, taxes and third-party charges

Professional fees, payment schedule, taxes and deliverables will be stated in the booking confirmation, invoice or engagement document. Government fees, visa fees, university fees, test fees, courier charges, translations, legal fees, loan costs, travel costs and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included.

8. Appointments and communication

An enquiry does not confirm an appointment. Appointments are confirmed after availability, scope and payment requirements are communicated. Clients should use approved communication channels and avoid sending sensitive information through public social-media comments.

9. Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on the client’s responsiveness, document completeness, service complexity and external systems. We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals, appointment availability, institutions, payment processors, force majeure or third-party actions outside our reasonable control.

10. Forms and submissions

The applicant remains responsible for verifying all information and authorising submission. We may refuse to submit or support information that is not understood, supported or believed to be truthful.

11. Intellectual property

The website, frameworks, templates, reports, training materials, designs, trademarks and original content are owned by or licensed to Embassy of Education. Clients may use deliverables for their personal case only and may not reproduce, resell, publish or distribute proprietary materials without written permission.

12. Confidentiality

We will use reasonable measures to protect client information and limit access to people involved in the service. Confidentiality may be subject to lawful disclosure, professional referral, client authorisation and operational service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Testimonials and marketing

We will seek separate consent before publishing a testimonial, case story, photograph or visa image. Any publication should be redacted and must not imply that similar results are guaranteed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Embassy of Education is not liable for indirect, consequential or third-party losses arising from government decisions, missed appointments, institutional action, travel arrangements, inaccurate client information or use of general website content. Any direct liability should be limited as specified in the final legally reviewed engagement terms.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the written service terms. We may terminate immediately for abusive conduct, non-payment, unlawful requests, false documents, material non-disclosure or instructions inconsistent with professional ethics.

16. Governing law and disputes

The final agreement should specify the legal business entity, governing law, dispute process and competent courts. The proposed commercial position is that disputes are governed by applicable Indian law and subject to jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat, unless the signed engagement states otherwise.
